On the 2nd April we celebrated International Children's Book Day by playing "book-games" in the school yard, reading books in the class and visiting the Central Public Library of Serres. The day is celebrated since 1967, on or around Hans Christian Andersen's birthday, 2 April, to inspire a love of reading and to call attention to children's books.
Στις 2 Απριλίου γιορτάσαμε την Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Παιδικού Βιβλίου πανηγυρικά: διαβάσαμε βιβλία και έτσι μεγάλωσαν οι Αλυσίδες Ανάγνωσης που έχουμε στην τάξη, παίξαμε βιβλιοπαιχνίδια που οργάνωσε η κ. Κλεοπάτρα στην αυλή του σχολείου και ολοκληρώσαμε τους εορτασμούς την επόμενη μέρα με μια επίσκεψη στην Κεντρική Δημόσια Βιβλιοθήκη Σερρών.
